ECG

The ECG department of the St. Vincentius Hospital is focused on making heart films or ECG (electrocardiogram). An ECG is a heart examination that provides information about the electrical conductivity of the heart. An ECG works with electrodes on the skin that pick up current signals when the heart contracts and transmits them to the measuring device. The test can show disorders such as a heart rhythm disorder, inflammation of the heart muscle, blood flow disorders or a (previous) myocardial infarction.

The ECG department is open from Monday to Friday from 07:00 am to 10:00 pm.
